Reflexology is a complementary therapy and advice should be taken from a GP or other medical practitioner regarding medical conditions whereby reflexology is not considered to be a suitable treatment.
Reflexology is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis and treatment.
Code of Conduct
- I, as the practitioner, intend to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for my clients
- Please respect timekeeping, as will I, to ensure that the sessions run on time
- If for any reason, either party cannot make the appointment, they will aim to give at least 12 hours notice
- Any personal information will be treated with confidentiality and data will be deleted within 2 working days of a customer requesting their data to be destroyed.
Complaints
If a customer feels that the treatment received was not as expected, we can work together to find a resolution, such as another treatment at a reduced or waived fee.
